You will lead all division QA functions, develop strategic quality plans in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, and ensure Watkins's facilities, processes, and personnel deliver products that meet design specifications and achieve high customer satisfaction through comprehensive quality management systems and cross-departmental leadership.
