As part of Global Finance’s strategic alignment with the enterprise all-bank strategy, the Director, Program Management provides enterprise-level leadership for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) transformation agenda, including governance, strategy, and delivery oversight for the multi-year Anaplan implementation and related process, data, and operating-model modernization. The Director is accountable for defining and executing the transformation roadmap, advising senior finance and business executives on trade-offs and investment decisions, and ensuring measurable outcomes (business value, adoption, and risk-managed delivery).
