The Role
To help grow, inspire, and lead our Product & Design Capability team. Reporting to the VP of Business Architecture & Transformation, this is a key role responsible for setting the strategic direction and implementation of various key CX Journey and E2E process capabilities that is rooted in addressing the needs of our customers and further Scotiabank’s digital mandate.
The incumbent will utilize a product design‑led approach to set the vision and strategic direction for digital customer journeys (as specified), while developing and prioritizing digital roadmaps to balance the needs of the business and the customer.
