Director, Product Creation Operations

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Director, Product Creation Operations, you will lead and drive operation excellence at Arc’teryx across Product Development, Materials and Sourcing. You ensure success of seasonal delivery by driving efficient operations through process, measurement, calendars, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure timelines and business objectives are met. In partnership with the broader Process Operations leadership team, you provide guidance and cohesion to optimize a high‑performing operations team and functional excellence.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver, BC (or Portland office) with travel to Vancouver, BC if located in Portland, and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the U.S.
