Director, Pricing Management Support
This role is responsible for the pricing of the individual non‑participating life, living benefits and wealth lines of business, which includes Term, Non‑Par Permanent Life, Disability Insurance, Critical Illness, Long Term Care, Segregated Fund and Payout Annuity products. The position supports revenue enhancement and prudent NIAT growth, and assists in driving RBC Insurance’s strategic objectives forward to enhance both brand recognition and value.
What will you do?
- Price and develop RBC Insurance’s individual life products in accordance with pricing and risk management corporate policies.
- Support business strategy to build competitive advantages and introduce or modify product features.
- Provide ongoing monitoring, quarterly review and reporting to ensure sound understanding and management of product pricing.
