Overview

CEEFC is seeking a Director, Portfolio Management & Special Loans to join its nimble team of highly experienced professionals. This role is responsible for providing ongoing oversight of CEEFC’s credit facilities throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on covenant compliance, borrower performance, and the early identification and escalation of credit risks in accordance with established policies and governance frameworks.

The Director, Portfolio Management & Special Loans will work closely with internal deal teams, relationship managers, and senior stakeholders to support sound credit risk management and safeguard the organization’s financial exposure. The selected candidate will ideally be based in Toronto or Ottawa, where CDEV offices currently offer a hybrid work option; however, highly qualified and suitably experienced candidates located elsewhere in Canada may also be considered.
