Director, People & Leader Advisory (Mexico)

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head ourMexico People & Leader Advisory team, based inMexico City.
This role leads a team of Advisory team members and is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and business-focused HR support across Mexico.This is a key leadership role that combines people leadership, operational excellence, and deep HR expertise.
You will oversee day-to-day Tier 2 advisory delivery, guide complex employee and manager matters, and partner closely with HR, Legal, Rewards, Compliance, and business leaders.
The scope includes employee relations, performance management, compensation consultation, organizational change, leaves and accommodations, employee representative processes where applicable, M&A support, site leadership, and crisis response.This role will also play an important part in the continued transformation of how HR support is delivered across Mexico.
