What is the opportunity?

The Director, PAM Systems Support drives operational excellence across the organization's privileged access management ecosystem. This role oversees production-level support, maintenance and reliability of all PAM platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and performant privileged access across hybrid infrastructure. Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, the Director leads a high‑performing team that supports key PAM platforms and implements governance models for consistent privileged session management, secrets rotation, and least privileged enforcement.
