The Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) is the largest Centre for Education in Atlantic Canada serving more than 60,000 students across 136 schools. The Director, Operations Services leads the Operations Department overseeing school transportation, maintenance, custodial services, and capital planning & delivery. The Director manages partnerships, legal contracts, compliance, and the operations budget, supporting school improvement in collaboration with senior management.

- Provide leadership to ensure a school‑focused model of service delivery and effective resource use.
- Implement, communicate, and evaluate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
