This role reports to the MD Operational Resilience Risk Management and is accountable to lead the newly established Second Line of Defense oversight function for Operational Resilience, providing independent governance, challenge, and strategic integration across key risk domains (BCM, 3rd Party, Data, IT, Cyber, etc). The incumbent will be responsible for establishment and execution of a formal 2LOD oversight function for Operational Resilience, ensuring independent challenge and validation of First Line activities across the Bank as it pertains to Operational Resilience (eg.
