Director of Wellness

Role Overview

As Director of Wellness at V!VA Leaside, you will report to the Community Director and provide strategic and hands‑on leadership to the Wellness Department, supporting Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Community Members. You will be accountable for the quality, delivery, and continuous improvement of wellness services, ensuring all care aligns with professional best practices, organizational standards, and legislative requirements. You will help bring V!VA Leaside to life — creating an environment where Community Members feel safe, supported, and truly at home, and where Team Members are proud of the care they provide.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Clinical Leadership

• Oversee the delivery of professional nursing care in alignment with care plans, standards of practice, and V!VA policies.
• Implement, evaluate, and maintain individualized Community Member Care Plans.
