The Alberta Automobile Care‑First Tribunal (ACT) is a newly established, independent appeal body under the Automobile Insurance Act. The Tribunal ensures fair, timely, and impartial resolution of disputes between claimants and insurers within Alberta’s Care‑First automobile injury compensation system.
