Lead emergency services as the Director of Shelter and Outreach Services. Spearhead program development in Shelter, Harm Reduction, and Outreach, while promoting community well-being.
You will guide a dynamic team to enhance service delivery while ensuring compliance with operational mandates. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. You'll champion best practices and engage in ongoing community dialogues to address vulnerabilities effectively.
