Job Description

Responsibilities: •Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Business Unit for networking products, include NPI, Mass Production, components and supplier quality.


QMS, CIP, PFMEA, PokaYoke, GembaWalk, and Quality Excellence.

  • •Ensure customer satisfaction and comply all customer quality requirements.
  •  Fostering strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to build up Total Quality Management culture and drive for Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • •Introduce and implement advanced mfg technologies and innovations to enhance quality.
  • •Develop and mentor a team of leadership with well-rounded, high-potential quality professionals.
