Job Description
Director of Quality - Guadalajara, Mexico Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Business Unit for networking products, including NPI, Mass Production, components and supplier quality. QMS, CIP, PFMEA, PokaYoke, GembaWalk, and Quality Excellence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and comply with all customer quality requirements, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build up Total Quality Management culture and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Introduce and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and innovations to enhance quality.
- Develop and mentor a team of leadership with well‑rounded, high‑potential quality professionals.
