Shape quality care practices as the Director of Care (Quality) at Extendicare. In this full-time role, you'll focus on continuous improvement and fostering an engaged care environment.
Extendicare seeks a proactive leader to oversee care delivery in our long-term care home. You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards and provincial regulations while promoting resident engagement and safety. By cultivating a positive culture and leading initiatives, you will help transform the resident and family experience, enhancing care quality organization-wide.
