Lead production operations at Theatre Network as the Director of Production & Facilities. This role focuses on fostering creativity, mentorship, and effective communication to enhance our artistic vision.
As a core member of Theatre Network, you will collaborate with teams while prioritizing mentorship, inclusivity, and creative risks. You’ll manage team dynamics, oversee production processes, and support the overall functionality of our facilities. Your role is critical to the success of our mainstage productions, Nextfest, and visual art exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as production manager for mainstage shows and events
• Manage contract technicians, including hiring and training
• Authorize production purchases per budget guidelines
• Oversee scenic elements construction and installation
• Collaborate on visual art exhibits management
