Job Description
Take the lead in medication management as the Director of Pharmacy at Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS). Propel healthcare excellence through strategic oversight, collaboration, and risk management across both hospital sites.
Reporting directly to the Vice President Clinical Services, the Director of Pharmacy is tasked with overseeing medication management for inpatient and outpatient care. This role requires collaboration with various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure compliance with Accreditation Canada's standards. The Director will drive system transformation and innovation while maintaining a performance-driven culture.
