**Summary of Position**The Director of Operations will oversee the organization's overall day-to-day operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.This individual will work closely with department heads and upper management personnel to identify ways to increase sales, maintain efficiencies throughout all departments, and create department goals/objectives that mirror the overall business goals/objectives.
