Director of Operations

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this position is responsible for leading our program delivery to Paladin’s clients across Atlantic Canada. The Director will oversee a team, both within the office and in the field, whom they will empower to manage multiple portfolios of clients and hundreds of security officers working within their market.

Travel across Atlantic Canada is required in order to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Law & Security Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
