JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the technical coordinator for all operational activities and engagements on tree crops development.
OBJECTIVE
Design and coordinate the operationalization of policies and programmes of the TCDA.
Plan, design and implement strategies to develop and manage the mandated crops under the TCDA

Value Chain Development
Undertake value chain identification, development and upgrades of the individual tree cropsDesign and coordinate the implementation of value chain upgrading strategies, measures and activitiesFormalize the individual commodity value chains achieving strong market driven linkages between agribusiness producers, exporters, wholesalers, processors, retailers, consumers and other service providersPerform value chain appraisals for the mandated tree crops and prefer solutionsEnsure upgr...
