Oulton College, a degree‑granting institution with over 65 years of excellence on the East Coast of Canada, is seeking a strategic and engaged Director of Nursing to lead our Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) programs.

This is a senior academic leadership role, comparable in scope to an Associate Dean in larger institutions, but within a more agile, collaborative, and hands‑on environment where decisions move quickly and impact is immediate.

Reporting directly to the President and Vice President, Academic, the Director serves as the leader of nursing education at Oulton College, with accountability for program quality, faculty leadership, student outcomes, and external partnerships.
