JOB DETAILS:
The Director of Nursing (DON) will provide collaborative, strategic, and clinical leadership across all services in accordance with the purpose and values of the organization. Reporting to the SVP, Community Health Centers, the Director will oversee four direct reports and approximately 45+ FTEs while serving as a collaborative partner across the organization with a focus on building relationships with physician and service line leadership in addition to cultivating a culture of respect and responsiveness.
