Our client, an established apparel manufacturer, is currently searching for a Director of Operations.

We are looking for someone eager to learn the industry as well as being mentored by the current individual for a period of 12 months. Someone who is in a managerial role looking for their next step up in the career.

The hours for the role are 7-4 and half‑day Fridays. They shut down for 3 weeks during the summer and 1 week during the holidays. This is a mandatory onsite role.

Compensation: 100-120k

• Oversee all production management to ensure continuous improvement of all production processes.
• Maintain our high company standards of quality.
• Administer efficient production scheduling to balance factory and meet delivery requirements.
