Director of Maintenance

A prominent manufacturer in the rail industry is seeking a General Manager of Maintenance in the Toronto, Ontario area.

Candidates Must Have:

• 10+ years of management responsibility in a rail car maintenance environment.
• Thorough knowledge of railroad operating procedures.
• Experience managing a rail maintenance team with greater than 300 employees.
• Thorough knowledge of passenger rail system maintenance procedures.
• Locomotive engineering experience is highly preferred for this role.
• Experience providing maintenance for third party fleet contracts.
