The Opportunity
Reporting to the Vice President, Maintenance, the Director of Maintenance is a senior leadership role responsible for the performance of a multi-aircraft AMO by bringing together regulatory excellence, people leadership, and operational discipline. This role is for a hands‑on maintenance leader with deep technical credibility, strong Transport Canada relationships, and the drive to build a high‑performing team that consistently delivers safe, high‑quality maintenance outcomes.
