Director of Learning Services, Equity & Success
The Director of Learning Services, Equity & Success (“Director”) joins the district Executive team in providing system-wide leadership in advancing the district's Strategic Plan. As part of this broader work, they are responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing a range of strategies and programs that support academic success, positive cultural identity, and the well‑being of Indigenous students. Working in close partnership with the Indigenous Education Council (in particular Tsawwassen First Nation and Musqueam Indian Band), the Director will collaborate with Indigenous families and students, Elders and Knowledge Keepers, Delta school staff, district leadership, federal and provincial agencies, local unions, and Delta Learning Services staff to inspire the Delta District along our path of Truth and Reconciliation. The Director, Equity & Success, reports to the Superintendent of Schools.
