The Director plays a vital role in advising senior operational leaders on complex workforce matters, while aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Your expertise in handling employee relations, labour disputes, and legal frameworks will drive successful outcomes for schools and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Labour Relations and People Partnerships function
• Advise on complex workforce issues and investigations
• Develop strategies for grievances and workplace disputes
• Manage administration of collective agreements
• Participate in bargaining preparation and negotiations
