The opportunity

The University of Manitoba is seeking a strategic and analytical investment professional to join Treasury Services as the Director of Investments. Reporting to the Treasurer, the Director of Investments is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, analyzing, and day-to-day managing the University’s investment portfolios, including the endowment, trust, and other short‑ and long‑term investment funds. The Director contributes to the development and implementation of investment strategy, supports asset allocation decisions, evaluates investment performance and risk, and manages relationships with external investment managers, consultants, custodians, and other investment service providers.
