Key Responsibilities:
• Drive all HR functions: recruitment, benefits, and compliance
• Advise on organizational health and cultural strategies
• Cultivate a workplace grounded in inclusion and mutual respect
• Support managers with clear guidelines for people management
• Strengthen core HR systems for operational excellence
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in People & Culture, ideally in cultural sectors
• Knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining
