Director of HR Systems at Pomerleau

Pomerleau seeks a Director of HR Systems & Data to operationalize people analytics and manage SAP SuccessFactors deployments. Drive significant improvements and results in the employee lifecycle.
This leadership role reports to the Senior Director, overseeing a matrixed team focused on enhancing HR systems and utilizing data effectively. You will standardize practices across HRIS, lead project rollouts, and ensure data integrity, while collaborating with IT and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors full deployment lifecycle
