Job Description
Elevate HR practices at Pomerleau as the Director of HR Systems & Data. Lead operational excellence, module roll-outs, and people analytics within a hybrid work model.
This key leadership role reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. You will drive SAP SuccessFactors deployments, manage relationships with IT partners, and standardize HR processes across the organization. A focus on team capability development in systems and automation will be paramount in enhancing the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors module deployment through all phases
• Manage IT partnerships with integrators and vendors
• Standardize HRIS processes across user groups
• Develop team capabilities in systems, automation, and AI
• Oversee HR data quality and governance standards
Requirements:
• 12 years of HRIS & technology experience
• 5+ years of formal team leadership in a matrix environment
