Collaborating with the HR & OHS Vice-President, you will lead risk management efforts and drive initiatives that enhance operational excellence. Your leadership will support managers in integrating effective OHS practices and mobilizing the OHS team for proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and deploy the OHS and wellness vision
• Structure and optimize OHS programs and procedures
• Lead incident investigations and compliance actions
• Develop initiatives to increase employee engagement in OHS
