The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Director of Finance to join a leading real estate organization in Vancouver, BC. In this pivotal role, you will support the company’s strategic initiatives by underwriting, analyzing, and monitoring real estate projects. This position will emphasize financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and investment reporting.
