Job Description
Director of Engineering We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to lead high-impact technology initiatives within a fast-paced fintech/financial environment.
This role requires a strong balance between technical depth, people leadership, execution, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will remain actively involved in technical decisions and architecture while leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, design, and data.
Key Requirements: • +10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture • Strong hands-on technical profile is mandatory • +5 years leading engineering and/or digital cross-functional teams
• Proven experience with: Servant leadership Radical candor OKRs Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring +5 years of experience in fintech or financial services Experience working in regulated and legacy environments At least 3 years at top-tier technology companies Fluent English and Spanish
