Overview

Job Description The Director of Engineering's primary mission is to ensure technical governance and compliance with standards (HSE, business rules, certification requirements), to guarantee program performance (budget adherence and deliverable compliance), to drive digital transformation and to develop engineering capabilities, while demonstrating strategic thinking and high emotional intelligence to unite teams.

Responsibilities

Governance and Compliance

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, business rules, technical and certification requirements. Ensure technical consistency, harmonization of methods and tools, and monitoring of departmental processes.

Performance Management

Ensure programs meet budgets and schedules. Ensure engineering deliverables (definitions, technical solutions, certification reports) are compliant and manage waivers. Define, together with Quality, action plans to ...
