Reporting to the CTO, you will lead at least two engineering pods, each focused on key application areas within our product. You’ll play a hands‑on leadership role—guiding teams, shaping technical direction, and contributing directly to code and system design. We believe in leading from the front. You don’t need to be the strongest engineer on the team, but you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves regularly and setting a strong technical example.
