DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Job Description
The Director of Engineering is responsible for directing the activities of the Engineering department of the Hotel, for the proper operation, maintenance, cleaning, and securing of the building’s facilities and guestrooms. Ensures the department’s success, and provides quality services and a safe, clean, and secure environment to both guests and employees.
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in hotel maintenance management in Mexico.
Experience supervising security departments.
Experience working in the Valle de Guadalupe region or familiarity with the region is an advantage.
Preferably, previous experience in hotel openings in a managerial position.
Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, boilers, pools, and spas is required.
Practical knowledge of engineering methods and principles is required.
