Job Description

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, includingbuilding systems, landscaping, and mechanical equipment
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsand safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform correctivemaintenance
• Supervise and delegate tasks to engineering staff
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
