Job Description
Become the Director of Employee Relations at San Manuel, focusing on compliance and employee strategy development. Lead initiatives in worker accommodations and labor relations effectively.
This leadership role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and is key to developing policies and frameworks for labor relations and employee leaves. You will ensure compliance with legal standards while also being a trusted advisor to senior leadership on labor matters and workplace trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish governance and best practices for employee relations
• Oversee labor relations activities and negotiations

• Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
