- Salary: USD $150,000 - USD $185,000 per year + bonus + medical insurance + 401k
A landmark ultra‑luxury destination community on Mexico’s Pacific Coast is seeking a Director of Vertical Construction for the Ultra Luxury component of a vast and world class ultra high‑end community. You will lead the delivery of an exceptional portfolio of luxury residences, villas, branded homes, and supporting vertical assets within a world‑class master‑planned environment.
This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle of ultra‑high‑end residential product – ensuring excellence in execution, programme, quality, cost control, and design integrity across multiple concurrent projects.
