Join St. Michael's and Providence Foundation as the Director of Community Fundraising Initiatives. Lead a talented team and develop innovative strategies to raise over $2M annually through community engagement.
This leadership role focuses on managing and expanding the community fundraising portfolio, including peer-to-peer fundraising, DIY challenges, and partnerships. You will collaborate closely with volunteers and senior stakeholders to ensure that fundraising events operate efficiently and effectively. A key focus will also be mentoring your team to cultivate their skills while achieving the Foundation's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead community fundraising strategy development and execution
• Analyze fundraising portfolios and set measurable objectives
• Act as primary contact for event organizers and partners
• Drive innovative fundraising concepts and initiatives
• Ensure positive volunteer management and support experience
