Job Description
Grace Toronto is hiring a full-time Director of Children’s Ministry for a 13-month maternity leave contract. Lead and inspire a children’s ministry of approximately 90 kids and a dedicated group of 100 volunteers.
Reporting to the Pastor of Family Ministry, this role involves implementing a rigorous spiritual vision and fostering community engagement. You will nurture children's love for Jesus through interactive teachings, careful curriculum oversight, and active volunteer management. Your leadership will empower families within the city, providing support and spiritual care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the ministry’s spiritual vision
• Teach children with tailored age-specific lessons
• Establish connections through events and gatherings
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and retention
