In the role of Director of Agile Technology Delivery, you will lead diverse teams encompassing Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other delivery partners. This position emphasizes building a culture of accountability while ensuring adherence to agile principles and effective stakeholder communication to support seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead high-performing teams in agile technology delivery
• Enhance quality engineering and business analysis practices
• Coordinate and governance delivery across pods/squads
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners
• Manage capacity planning and reporting needs
Requirements:
• 12+ years in technology delivery with leadership experience
• Expertise in agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
