The Director, Merchandising & Buying is a key leadership role at easyhome — responsible for shaping an outstanding product assortment, optimizing pricing and profitability, and driving the merchandising strategy that powers our growth. This role blends big‑picture strategy with hands‑on execution, leveraging strong vendor relationships and sharp commercial instincts to ensure easyhome delivers the right products, at the right value, with operational excellence.

• Exceed growth, margin, and category performance targets for the easyhome product portfolio.
