Director - Legal, China

To offer legal advice for business units and management teams in Mainland China and worldwide. This position will provide both strategic and tactical guidance, consultation and support to stakeholders on a comprehensive range of legal and associated issues, including advice and guidance on hospitality business development and operational matters.

• Act as a trusted business partner to provide advice and counsel to senior management and other key stakeholders on a broad spectrum of legal topics and matters, of current and developing legal issues and trends in relevant area of expertise
• Provide legal and strategic support across our business units and management teams in Mainland China and worldwide, with particular focus on hotel management / franchise arrangements, property sales and leasing matters and data privacy.
