Salary & Benefits
Salary range (but not limited to): 188,500 - 230,300
Annual bonus target: 20% of base salary with potential payout up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance.
Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with Intact matching 50% of your net shares. Pension provides guaranteed income for life via a defined benefit plan.
