About the Role
You will be primarily accountable for building and developing a portfolio of large land development and construction loans and cash management services that exhibit a high degree of complexity and value to Meridian. The role focuses on high‑value transactions (generally >$20,000,000) and aims to grow the size and profitability of the Land Development and Construction book through good risk management and strong new business relationships.
