Position Summary
:The Director, HR Business Partner (SSG) will serve as a strategic and operational HR leader supporting Fox Factory’s Specialty Sports Group business unit With responsibility across global regions including Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America, this individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, shaping people and organizational strategies that drive growth, performance, and engagement.
This role combines executive-level partnership with hands-on HR execution and requires a seasoned leader adept at managing complexity, influencing across cultures, and developing high-performing teams in multiple geographies.
