Director, Health Services & Clinical Research and Knowledge Translation

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Executive Director, Quality Practice Environments, the Director, Health Services & Clinical Research and Knowledge Translation leads the development of a long range Research and Knowledge Translation (KT) strategy of nursing and allied health research for Providence Health Care (PHC) through identifying key priorities for health services research and KT.

Key highlights of the role include:

• Providing leadership and expertise in the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and allied health research across PHC.
• Leading, cultivating and facilitating a range of research and KT activities, enhancing the use of evidence in practice and decision‑making.
